Biography:

I am a graduate student in the Departments of History and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at The Pennsylvania State University in their dual-title PhD program.  My research focuses on gender, sexuality, and memory in the German Moravian Church and their worldwide missions. I am interested in how communities intentionally shape the archive and how to read between the silences and interventions.  I am also interested in the crisis of German identity, both in the early modern and modern periods. You can find me on Academia.edu.
