Biography:

I am a graduate student studying 19th-Century U.S. History under the direction of Dr. Lori Ginzberg. My secondary fields of study are Latin American History and Women's History and I am also pursuing a dual-degree PhD with Women's Studies. Additionally, I am an affiliated member of the George and Ann Richards Civil War Era Center. My research interests include Roman Catholic women religious in the United States, convent culture, and nun-operated schools and hospitals in nineteenth-century America.
